I just called the gal who is organizing the weekend and she said they still have spots for 2 people. Yes, it does run from Thurs morning whatever time you would like to check in until Sunday whenever you want to check out. Her mother is coming along to do the cooking, they are just asking each person to supply some of the food and your own beverages. She said to give you her email and you can contact her directly.
